NICARIO
HARPER

A native of Atlanta, Nicario Harper was raised in the inner city, where discipline, resilience, and faith became the foundation of his life. A graduate of Carver High School, he emerged early as a standout athlete and leader.

Harper continued his academic and athletic career at Jacksonville State University, earning two-time Consensus All-American honors and being named Defensive Player of the Year. He later competed at University of Louisville and concluded his collegiate career at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

His professional journey included opportunities with the Indianapolis Colts and a season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders — experiences that sharpened his understanding of elite performance, discipline, and mindset.

Today, Harper channels that experience into his youth development initiative, Elite Sports — a program dedicated to mentoring and training young athletes both on and off the field. Through structured coaching, leadership development, and character-building principles, Elite Sports equips youth with the tools to excel in athletics, academics, and life.

Nicario Harper’s mission is simple: build strong athletes, stronger minds, and even stronger communities.
