Training

$150 per week

Elite Sports offers personalized one-on-one training designed to help athletes improve their speed, strength, technique, and overall performance. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s skill level, position, and goals.

Strength and conditioning fundamentals
Footwork and reaction training
Confidence and mental discipline
Game preparation and performance mindset
